In-store Promotion of Lumpfish Roe at IKEA

In June, Royal Greenland Japan conducted in-store promotions of lumpfish roe at 8 IKEA stores in Japan in collaboration with IKEA JAPAN, the northern European company, with the aim of introducing lumpfish roe widely among Japanese consumers.
During June 18~28, Royal Greenland’s lumpfish roe and prawns were served on “Mid-Summer Plate (JPY 500)” together with other regular dishes at restaurants in IKEA stores. In addition, in-store tasting demonstrations were held at Swedish Food Markets during June 19~20. It was a good opportunity to introduce lumpfish roe as an item that can easily and reasonably add a touch of luxury to your ordinary dish. Royal Greenland’s lumpfish roe (50 g, jarred) is sold at IKEA store’s Swedish Food Markets year-round.
